The twelfth Conference of Food Engineering (CoFE 2014) is a three-day conference (April 7-9, 2014) designed to promote the exchange of ideas between industry, government and academia, stay current with emerging technologies for the processing of foods, and identify new research directions that are relevant to the industry.
An outstanding panel of speakers in 3 General Sessions and 18 Concurrent Sessions will be featured. Themes for the General Sessions will focus on Food Safety Engineering, Simulations in Advanced Food Engineering, and Food for Health. The Concurrent Sessions encompass a variety of technical sessions presented by experts in a specific research area within the food-engineering field.
Conference participants are invited to complement these presentations with their own recent research results and experience in the form of interactive posters.
We hope you will join us for what is sure to be an outstanding event!
