Registration Fees

Per person rate of $249 per person includes 2 lunches, evening banquet, break refreshments and materials.
 

Pre-registration is required.
Final registration date is March 25, 2012.
Registration cancellation refunds will not be offered.
Space is limited, early registration is encouraged.
