A suite of on-site private offices, dedicated desks, and hot desks with access to a state-of-the-art food facility with dedicated pilot plants, development and analytical laboratories, sensory testing, product labeling, and compliance expertise, and entrepreneurial consultation. Where: Located in the Food Innovation Center on Nebraska Innovation Campus, at the heart of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, an R1 Research University.

Why:

The Food Processing Center was established in 1983, one of the first university/business incubator research facilities for the food industry.
